Short House Special
Mercantile founder Ray had a sweet tooth and this little drink lives up to that! A pull of espresso is sweetened with cane sugar, mixed with creamy milk and topped with Mexican chocolate sprinkles in a short 7 oz. cup.
Tall House Special
For those who become instantly nostalgic at the bottom of the short house special cup, this drink adds more creamy milk to the sweetened pull of espresso for a bigger, and some say better, house special.

Coach on Ice
Concocted and named after our long time regular nicknamed “Coach,” this drink is a new take on the iced rocket as we replace the sugar with honey and dark cocoa before pouring it over ice and blending with cream. Forgo the straw to save the turtles and force yourself to sip this one more slowly to enjoy every drop of sweet nectar.
World’s Best Hot Chocolate
With apologies to your grandmother, this is the world's best hot chocolate. Nothing but cocoa made with milk and topped with real whipped cream. Served in a 16 oz. mug.

Pregnant Lady Chai
For a caffeinated free option to our famous royal chai, this drink uses herbal Montana gold tea for a tasty alternative for those who don’t want the jitters.
This king of chais is not made from a mix. We start with bulk tea blended with secret spices, work some magic with milk and cream, and presto--chai fit for royalty.
Drink Like a Regular
The brain child of the Mercantile's CTO, roasted Yerba mate is steeped to perfection, sweetened with honey, mixed with steamy soy, and topped with vanilla powder.
Made by one of our favorite past employees, the Peppermint Kate combines peppermint twist green tea, honey and cream over ice. It is truly thirst quenching and note to be missed.

Per Ray’s orders, all whipped cream made in house was to be tested by the employees, some of whom became accustomed to testing with a strong pull of Black Gold poured overtop.
